1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files (and comparable technologies, such as local storage) placed on your device when you visit a website. They are used to make the site function, remember your preferences, or understand how the site is used.

2. Cookies We Use

Essential — always active

The site does not function correctly without these. They are not affected by your cookie choice below.

• Supabase authentication session — keeps you signed in and identifies your account to the portal.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — a bot/fraud-prevention token set when you submit signup, login, a partner application, or a giveaway entry.

Functional

• tbm_discount and tbm_spun_* (24 hours) — records the outcome of a spin-wheel play and prevents playing again the same day.
• tbm_giveaway_popup_dismissed (7 days) — remembers that you closed a popup so it doesn’t reappear immediately.

Marketing / Attribution — first-party only, no third-party ad network

• tbm_vid (365 days) — an anonymous visitor id set the first time you arrive via a referral, giveaway, or partner link. Used to credit a partner’s commission if you later make a qualifying purchase.
• tbm_ref (30 days, first-touch) — records the referral or partner code that first brought you to the site.

Analytics — only with your consent

• PostHog — sets cookies and/or local storage to measure product usage (signup, checkout, payment, funded-account, and payout events). Never loaded unless you accept analytics cookies below.

3. Your Choice

When you first visit tbmfunded.com, a banner asks whether to accept analytics cookies. Rejecting keeps PostHog switched off entirely — nothing is set or loaded. You can change your choice at any time:

4. Third-Party Cookies

Two third-party services can set cookies on tbmfunded.com: Cloudflare (Turnstile, essential bot prevention) and PostHog (analytics, consent-gated). Our payment processor operates on its own hosted checkout page, outside tbmfunded.com — any cookies it sets there are governed by its own policy, not this one.

5. How Long Cookies Last

Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies last for the duration stated in Section 2 above, ranging from 24 hours to 365 days depending on purpose, and are not renewed by ordinary continued browsing.

6. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. No common industry standard for responding to it currently exists, and tbmfunded.com does not respond differently to it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page.
