1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files (and comparable technologies, such as local storage) placed on your device when you visit a website. They are used to make the site function, remember your preferences, or understand how the site is used.

2. Cookies We Use

Essential — always active

The site does not function correctly without these. They are not affected by your cookie choice below.

• Supabase authentication session — keeps you signed in and identifies your account to the portal.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — a bot/fraud-prevention token set when you submit signup, login, or a partner application.
• tbm_cookie_consent (local storage) — stores your answer to the banner below. It has to be kept in order to honour the choice, so it is set whether you accept or reject.

Functional

• tbm_discount and tbm_spun_* (24 hours) — records the outcome of a spin-wheel play and prevents playing again the same day.

Marketing / Attribution — first-party only, no third-party ad network

• tbm_vid (365 days) — an anonymous visitor id set the first time you arrive via a referral, giveaway, or partner link. Used to credit a partner’s commission if you later make a qualifying purchase.
• tbm_ref (30 days, first-touch) — records the referral or partner code that first brought you to the site.
• tbm_attrib (local storage) — set only if you arrive through a tagged campaign link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) or from another website. It records those tags and the referring site so we can tell which campaign brought you, and it is kept so the information survives to signup. Written once and never overwritten; if you arrive directly or type the address in, it is not set at all.

Analytics

• Vercel Web Analytics — always active. Counts page views and referrers so we can see which pages are used. It sets no cookie, writes nothing to your browser storage, and does not create an identifier for you, so it is not covered by the choice below.
• PostHog — present in the site’s code but NOT ACTIVE. It has no project key configured, so it never starts, sets no cookie, writes nothing to your browser storage, and sends no event anywhere. If that changes, this page changes with it, and it would then run only with your consent.

3. Your Choice

When you first visit tbmfunded.com, a banner asks whether to accept analytics cookies. The one consent-gated tool (PostHog) is not currently active at all, so today the choice changes nothing in practice — we still ask, still record your answer, and still honour it if that tool is ever switched on. You can change your choice at any time:

Most browsers also let you view, block, or delete cookies through their own settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect site functionality, such as staying logged in.

4. Third-Party Cookies

One third-party service sets a cookie on tbmfunded.com: Cloudflare (Turnstile, essential bot prevention). Vercel also receives page-view data as our hosting provider, but sets no cookie and stores nothing in your browser. PostHog is present in the code but inactive and sets nothing. Our payment processor operates on its own hosted checkout page, outside tbmfunded.com — any cookies it sets there are governed by its own policy, not this one.

5. How Long Cookies Last

Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies last for the duration stated in Section 2 above, ranging from 24 hours to 365 days depending on purpose, and are not renewed by ordinary continued browsing.

6. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. No common industry standard for responding to it currently exists, and tbmfunded.com does not respond differently to it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page.
